    Pros

They were hiring in a down economy.
They provided training in the ERP modules although the quality varies. One training session they hired a consultant to come in and teach and the other, the manager Head spent 1 hour a day max training and was too busy to answer any questions or really go into the module with a realistic approach.

    Cons

They do not care how long you have to work. There have been times that they will make excuses for not paying out overtime and why you didn't get your bonus (even if you were billable the entire time).
I also feel that I was highly discriminated against being a woman and not being Indian. I've had experiences with some employees where they did not even try to hide the fact that they look down to women.
Work-life balance really depends on the client you're working with.

    Pros

The insurance benefits are decent - more expensive then mose people can afford but at least they're offered. Time off is decent as well, 1.2 days a month is accumulated.

    Cons

Little to no room for growth - its all a popularity contest. The employees complain 24/7, no one wants to be here, the turn over is crazy - 80% some months. You're treated like live stock not like human beings. The break room is always a mess, the employees are just plain getto - rude, loud, and have no respect for each other or their work place. You're paid by the minuite, not by the hour.

Former Employee - Functional Consultant in Atlanta, GA

    Pros

-Was a good opportunity for training and learning
    -Health benefits were competitive
-Good way to get your feet into the door.

    Cons

-Expected you to be married to your job so not much of a work life balance
-Promoted an Indian work culture where you were expected to do any and everything for your job.
-Did not communicate information to employees well or information was omitted on purpose to employees.
-Expected you to move whenever management asked you to move for project since that's how they save money is by relocation to projects instead of traveling weekly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start promoting a work life balance. Inform employees well and do not omit information from them. Stop implementing an Indian corporate culture.
