good place to work.Gets recognition for your good work.More trainings sessions are conducted for both freshers and experienced employees. Friendly managers and team members. good team and work environment.Company offers for the team outing frequently.

1. In wipro everything is BIG like oppurtunities.
2. Wipro as a brand is very popular.
3. Medical policy is better, you can claim Bills where there is no hospitalisation.
4. Promotion policy is fair, you have to clear paper to get promoted.
Cons
1. Package is less.
2. Sometimes projects is not very good in terms of quality work.
3. Sometimes you will be in BENCH for months, so it will be a great setback to ur career

* They give respect to every individual strating from the servant who gets you filled water bottles till VP
* Working in Wipro especially in Talent Acquisition team under the leadership of Pradeep Bahirwani was the best experience in my career ever!

Tight deadlines to be met in most porjects. Unique identity in a Niche field of work missing.

Very very wide scope of work. Employees can learn a lot by hopping across domains. Ethics are of utmost importance and rules and policies are implemented and taken very seriously.

As everywhere else, politics rules here too. One statement that truly applies to the this company is that "People never leave their companies, they leave their managers"

Learn to read your employees. Do not ignore them for too long else they will simply leave and it takes a lot of time and effort to build a experienced resource from scratch.
