Pros – Only a handful chunk of people are good.
Good learning since most of the people in the team know nothing and you are left like a hungry wolf to learn more.

Cons – - Horrible management with no understanding of the business
- So called practice management who know nothing about the practice
- Egoistic people who place their egos in front of business
- Zero mentoring and people management skill
- The whole division is run by chauvinist people who do not care about you
- Insecure people who see a threat if someone learns something new, gets a good opportunity - they cannot see you grow.
- Immature and unrealistic delivery - Rather, there is no delivery model! Anyone can be asked to get into delivery.
- Hollow promises and arrows shot in thin air. No future growth!
- Manager is your god! and no on checks ur manager!!
- Full of nonsensical hierarchy, way too much red tapism!

Advice to Senior Management – Grow up and stop spoiling people's career. Get some life! You'll atleast progress in life after 8-9+ years of experience without boot licking.

Pros – I was recruited under a special hiring initiative for a fast-track management program at Wipro. This program is a high visibility, high expectations and higher remuneration program. The program's highlights are higher accountability and responsibility from the outset and exposure to multiple functional areas over a contracted time frame.

Cons – The most obvious con is that this program is not for someone who isn't driven or just wants a well-paying job. It is best suited for you if accelerated career ascension is your goal.

Pros – High learning, especially about scale and ability to make a difference. The team is also very collaborative

Cons – Low paying!! We really need to pay better for functions. FMCG and IT products to be benchmarks.
Too many transactions, if iT systmes keep pace we can do so much more
