No scope for improvement. If you stay for longer period you have to rot here.
You can't think of building a house with Wipro salary, the max you can build is a single room with bathroom.
Appraisal directly linked to exams. If you don't pass your rating falls from 5 to 3. If you pass it is not considered.
Advice to Senior Management
Please think from the employee prospective and provide benefits.
Pros
-huge campus
-nice environment in terms of team co-ordination and mixing up/socializing
-open opportunities for laterals (technical and non-technical)
-you have choice if you wanna work or you wanna take rest and withdraw salary

-same like all other MNC
-lot of promises by higher management. but none is accomplished
-Under client pressure, they treat you as slave
-lack of professionalism when it comes to face to face conversation.
-you can easily find supervisors literally scolding their team for anything, even it can be as small issue as taking a emergency personal call in the meeting.
