Good Company with lots of process cooked-up for managing huge number of employees.
Good policies laid out.
Very competitive environment to learn work and diplomacy.

Lots of processes and policies.....most of them are not clearly visible and understood.
Constant follow-up on approvals required, apart from regular work.
Project Managers do not have any control on finances and on giving clean appraisals.
Very diplomatic even in not necessary matters.
1:5 working ratio. Management silent or not willing to pay for the extra work.

There is a need to improve Wipro's reputation on Salary matters, recognize worthy candidates, train them and push to the next levels...Instead of just pushing the dearest once.

2) co-workers are sometimes rude and there is no professionalism

recognize talent and award it to retain the huge talent base who are leaving company in search of good opps.
