Pros
The work environment is good. Team both the superiors and subordinate work together to achieve the goals without any issues. The efforts are recognized.
Cons
Its two big offices are remotely placed , so employees has to spend a lot of time in commuting if they are not taking the company provided transport.
Advice to Senior Management
It will be good to have bit more flexibility in the work place. Work from Home option can be introduced atleast for one or two days in a month.
Pros
Transport facility is 24/7
Salary is always deposited on time
training module is proper for all the process
shift timings/ weekly offs can be adjusted
Cons
Wipro has no growth opportunities for the people who deserves it
Wipro pays less to their employees than other companies
Cafetria really sucks
Poor Technology support by the tech team(Internal)
Advice to Senior Management
Wipro's higher management should take proper decisions when selecting any agent for a higher role.
TL's & GL's should not choose their favorites

Spread across the nation, can choose where to work

Even though there are wide opportunities available, one cant really chose their interest

stop promoting offshore delivery people to Client Partners, they aren't salespeople and typically don't understand the accounts!

Please try to contain employees by consider their pay demands, be fair and appreciate professional more than regionalism

Work Life balance is non-existent
Investments and approvals takes a long time
Salaries are lower compared to the amount of work done and compared to other organisations
Pros
The job security is good as along as you are a full time employee. The onsite opportunities are at acceptable level.
Cons
No personal / work life balance at all. No recognition for hard work. Not much career growth. Lot of process issues.
Advice to Senior Management
As long as you don't keep the employee happy, they are going to leave you. Client satisfaction is not the only responsibility.
