Increase transparency and look at offices outside of banagalore to see how pathetic office workspace, managers and morale of employees is. Simple things like providing basic funds of 1000$ per year for a city wide sports events is also not done. EMployees pay from own pocket to play cricket and football tournaments representing the company. Pathetic is the least to say about the way the company's transparency is.
