    You will learn lot of politics

    Cons

    Pathetic salary.
    Everywhere cost optimization..... Even top management travels by auto.
    Lot of conflicts about policy.
    place for average skill people.... only one IITan out of 1L emp.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Please please have some management training before stepping into mgmt position.
