    Pros

Better pay and benefits. Larger companies can typically afford to offer their employees more in the way of compensation.

More opportunity for advancement. There are simply more positions in a large company, which means more opportunities for you to get ahead

    Cons

More red tape. As a result, projects usually move slower and taking personal initiative to get something done without getting prior authorization is typically out of the question.

More people working on each project. This means it’s harder to be heard as an individual and you have to go the extra mile to really stand out.

    Advice to Management

Be authentic, Promote ‘ownership’, Develop potential

    Pros

    Good onsite opportunities
Company is desperate for good workers
If you want to be average and still survive, it's a good company to join
Good in hand salary w.r.t CTC
Onsite compensation at par with other indian IT companies

    Cons

Surrounded by bunch of very average talent pool
Majority of people don't want to work, which has led it to becoming like a govt enterprise
Freshers are not serious about the job and get pushed into work they are uncomfortable doing
    Very poor training infrastructure
Highly hierarchical structure. Promotions are very difficult and hikes are very poor.

    Advice to Management

Try to give good hikes to internal employees instead of hiring costly resources from outside
