cant give advise to people who is handaling 100000 of cunsoltents like me

Time off between work hours were flexible. Actually it depends on your manager.(In my case it was good)
Medical reiumbursement of 15k even if you buy Vicks or crocin they will reiumburse till a limit of 2.5k.
Cons
Completely employer oriented.
9.5 hrs is hell lot of time to maintain (It is on weekly avg).
No scope for improvement. If you stay for longer period you have to rot here.
You can't think of building a house with Wipro salary, the max you can build is a single room with bathroom.
Appraisal directly linked to exams. If you don't pass your rating falls from 5 to 3. If you pass it is not considered.

Please think from the employee prospective and provide benefits.

-huge campus
-nice environment in terms of team co-ordination and mixing up/socializing
-open opportunities for laterals (technical and non-technical)
-you have choice if you wanna work or you wanna take rest and withdraw salary
Cons
-almost everything depends on ur immediate supervisor, who sit next to you. if he is biased no one can help you.
-same like all other MNC
-lot of promises by higher management. but none is accomplished
-Under client pressure, they treat you as slave
-lack of professionalism when it comes to face to face conversation.
-you can easily find supervisors literally scolding their team for anything, even it can be as small issue as taking a emergency personal call in the meeting.
