Cons – Less salary. Less exposure to newer technologies. Depends on the assignment needs to work on outdated frameworks. OT hours will be rarely compensated.

if you are a self starter and demonstrate energy, you may do well
when you have an opportunity to work with other Wiproites, you meet great people
get to work with a lot of international folks

Cons – Low pay
bad benefits
unable to allocate resources correctly
consultants may seat on the bench for too long
There is no support / you thrown with the sharks
it is about making the margin on top of your billable hours
mostly consultants, so it can be a very isolating environment
It has way too many layers of management. too many people... 120k plus

Advice to Senior Management – Don't focus on the quarterly margin and look into a better long term strategy. Invest in quality resources to build stronger teams. Company is way too large and work-streams must be away of all the resource that the firm offers.
