Pros
The only reasons I went to work with them was the compensation they offered me and what seemed to be a very structured training and development programme.
Cons
Wipro has all that you can ask for in a company: Perks, Training, but it all falls through when it comes to execution. It reeks of a company trying to squeeze every last penny's worth from an employee and leaving them too drained to enjoy any of the so called benefits it might have on offier.
Extremely hierarchy driven organisation
Too much red tape.Advice to Senior Management
Cut through the red tape. Make employees feel trusted and not like truant kids. For example, why should employees have to have their access card enabled to be able to walk into the HR space. The point of having HR around is so that employees feel like they have someone to address their concerns to.
Make employees feel like they matter to and not just their monetary value to the organisation. This review is just a sneak peek. Want to see all reviews on Glassdoor?
