Fantastic opportunities within the company.
Very flexible in terms of moving employees around.
Fair employee policies.
Senior management very competent.
Really open culture in some divisions (eg TIS).
No instance of misconduct/lack of integrity tolerated.
Shapes you into a responsible professional.Cons
Appraisal system flawed.
Progress dependent on your contacts.
Some divisions are not open to employee suggestions.
Too big to get noticed.
Everyone is dispensible - this is the attitude shown by managers.Advice to Senior Management
-Train middle management in people skills
-Think up a fairer appraisal process
-Encourage employees to speak up by means of forums
-Mr.Premji/CEOs should address the whole workforce more often. Management often appears to distant.
