    Pros

    Name of the company is good enough to work here.Got centers in most of the cities in India.So that couldbe attractive.

    Cons

    Very discouraging work environment.Feels like workign on a government job with incapable senior management , no benefits or appreciation for a job well done.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Get your act together.You need to restructure your entire middle management.The good guys are flying away on better opportunities and only the incompetent ones stay around and make life hell for juniors.
