I worked at WireCo WorldGroup full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – 1. Good people
2. Global footprint, good if you like to travel internationally. Good experience
3. Salaries include bonuses at some levels
4. Good opportunities at lower levels
Cons – 1. Too much backstabbing at the Executive Management levels

4. Poor decisions and actions of associates at higher levels were overlooked
Advice to Senior Management – Get someone in to clean house who is not part of the GOB party. Alot of good people have been lost due to poor management decisions.
