    They are overall an ok company but I would always have a back up plan

    ProsYour income is unlimited because it's hourly and commission based. The more you sale the more you make.

    ConsI worked for the company for over a year, working numerous of hours of overtime for about six 6months straight with no days off , constantly helping my manager whenever she needed me to and still ended up getting fired for something entirely STUPID.

    Advice to Senior ManagementIt would nice for them to fight a little harder for their worthy employees instead of the slackers.
