    A very unorganized company!

    Customer Service Representative (Current Employee)
    Jacksonville, NC

ProsI would say it's a good place to begin your career with cellphones.

ConsThey are very behind with technology and it takes forever to service a customer because of all of the steps and you work very hard for the commission!

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees better and offer more incentives/contests to make the employee excited about making money!

    – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Can't wait to leave

    Wireless Sales Consultant (Current Employee)
    Glen Burnie, MD

ProsThe company has some really cool people working the kiosks.

ConsManagement is awful, the DM sneaks around and tries to spy on the stores.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't speak down to your sales team. A good Team Leader, builds up morale, stop tearing it down.

    Leadership Needed

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsFairly young company, opportunity for career growth

ConsPay rate needs to be up to par with market range. Some of the managers need to be mentored to become "true" managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognize talent and support personal development of your employees. Coach and mentor those who have the true potential of leading department teams.

    Wireless Sales Representative (Former Employee)
    Pensacola, FL

ProsYour income is unlimited because it's hourly and commission based. The more you sale the more you make.

ConsI worked for the company for over a year, working numerous of hours of overtime for about six 6months straight with no days off , constantly helping my manager whenever she needed me to and still ended up getting fired for something entirely STUPID.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would nice for them to fight a little harder for their worthy employees instead of the slackers.
