Pros – Benefits are good and the pay is competitive. Values of company are admirable. Company looks good on resume for future jobs.
Cons – Poor management, poor communication, lack of respect for staff. Limited growth opportunities past a certain point. Very limited assistance from superiors.
Advice to Senior Management – Start from the top and look at your organization critically. Do not withhold information that staff need to know how to run your programs.

Pros – They seem to care about the kids they serve. Adequate hours.
Cons – Poorly staffed, make last minute staff changes, poor overall organization of company. Summer camp was not run well overall by management and this made it a stressful place to work.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that you do not make last minute changes with staff and that you provide substitutes when needed. All of the cons above contributed to poor staff morale which leads to unhappiness by your clients.
