    Pros

I've worked here for 90 days now and I am in LOVE with this company. I have worked hard to learn as much as I can about all the positions here. In my 90 days I have seen so many employees advance in their career. The sky is the limit here and I look forward to growing with this company. They offer a wonderful "Total pay package" which includes benefits, PTO, and holiday pay. The work life balance is superb and EVERYONE here is nice which is a rarity in the work place.

    Cons

I wish that I had the opportunity to learn more things and do more things. My job has a lot of down time. Although some people wouldn't complain about this I do because I like to stay busy and I want to go far with this company. Also I wish there was more training on the front end about the hierarchy of the company and how the different departments function and what their primary jobs are. The only reason I know all I do know is because I am very nosey and I ask a lot of questions.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any broad scale advice for management I'm over the moon happy here.

    Pros

The president of the company is nice

    Cons

My scumbag boss accessed my private personal gmail account and forwarded himself my private messages, including emails between my boyfriend and I. Super creepy and invaded my reasonable expectation of privacy

    Advice to Management

You let some of your supervisors act very unprofessionally

    Pros

Laid back work attire and atmosphere. Offers good benefits and adequate pay.

    Cons

Nepotism was very difficult to maneuver around. The company lost a lot of good employees because of it. They offer some in house training however most employees are on their own. Employees are expected to deal with difficult coworkers.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the nepotism and run company based on merit and hold employees accountable for their actions and reward hard work and longevity without the fear of job loss.

    Pros

There is always room for advancement in the company if you work hard enough and express interest.

    Cons

You will hit the ground running as soon as you are hired. Overtime can be required in some departments but they pay you for overtime if you are hourly.
