    Pros

Plenty of career growth opportunities. Mixture of young and older employees bring old school values with new world innovations. Progressively changing towards being more mainstream. And who says there's no such thing as free lunch? We have that everyday!

    Cons

Being a family owned business with an Asian culture, work can be hectic and high pressure. But if you can handle it, it's a great experience.

    Advice to Management

The lunch food could be healthier.

    Pros

I can wear casual clothes. Coworkers were nice and supportive. Pace is slower. Not much work pressure. Free lunch provided.

    Cons

There is not enough communication between departments and between senior management and employees. Low salary. Benefit package is not so good.

    Advice to Management

Management should communicate with employees more regarding company policies and changes that are happening, show more appreciation and develop a fair working environment.
