Pros – salary fun people time place culture workload money benifits pension discount is a great place and wonderful to work with

Cons – What let he organisation down was the management of old stock and the need to clear it through. They were to focussed on the margin of new stock that sold easily anyway.

Advice to Senior Management – Control stock costs and watch the bottom 20% sellers as much as the top 20%. The cash old stock ties up prevents buying highermargin better selling stock.
