    Pros

Family like atmosphere amongst coworkers. Counseling and educating young children are the best parts of the work day. As an educator and you have the opportunity to use your skills and talents to inspire children to want to learn themselves is a wonderful gift.

    Cons

When the money pot dries and time is spent cutting programs or using valuable time and resources to obtain grants to maintain results proven programs.

    Advice to Management

I would like to return and work here again.
