I worked at Work From Home full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I can clock in and out when ever I want to and still be home with the kids. I will not miss things that they need done and still be able to work on my phone or computer.

    Cons

Being able to find work is going to be a little hard for me but once I get started I know it will be worth it.

    Advice to Management

I really don't have any advice.

    Pros

It's a reward to you self, having your own hours not having someone telling you what to do.

    Cons

Getting traffic could be a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Don't lie to your employees. They see right through you, that really makes them mad. Take the time to greet everyone of them. They will respect you even more.

I have been working at Work From Home full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

take paid surveys for cash. you actually do make real money. There are about 10 sites out there, that are reputable. But if you stick with it, you can actually make some pretty good money.

    Cons

takes a little while to really get the money flowing. But if you have a few weeks, that you are not busy, take surveys for extra cash.
