It is a great place to start.

Medical Information Specialist (Former Employee) Anaheim, CA

ProsThe people are awesome. It is a great place to start out. You do not need any experience to get yourself in the door.

ConsPromotions are far and few between. It is family owned so favoritism is very present throughout the entire company.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more attention so the good ones don't fall through the cracks.

    Not a good experience....

Case Manager (Former Employee) Saint Louis, MO

ProsThe right tools were supplied for the job... a computer software program for patient tracking, and supplies were available for the clinic.

ConsThe software training was inconsistent. Received verbal training on software program in twenty to thirty minute increments, without written documentation for future reference.

Advice to Senior ManagementEnsure adequate training with written documentation on all software programs.

Learning environment with opportunity to grow.

Project Manager (Former Employee) Charlottesville, VA

ProsThe people you deal with are great. There is always something new. Challenging yet rewarding. Always something valuable to learn.

ConsThere are never enough sales to support needed revenue. You'll never get rich here. We were always understaffed and over allocated.

Advice to Senior ManagementAvoid always putting all your eggs in one basket. Consider updating the business model.

Mediocre - You get a paycheck hurray!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Anaheim, CA

ProsThis review is for the Anaheim office only, and more about the benefits offered to you
Your experience here will vary on what department you get hired into

9/80 schedule for most employees, depending on what department you go to
    8/40 for salary
No sick time - you have to use your vacation time to take a sick day
    401k, dental, vision, medical
Times you come into work are a little flexible, 630a, 7a, 730a, 8a, works for people with kids
Quarterly bonus - Amount depends on how well the company did, but how much you get depends on your attendance and performance
Hourly employees have to clock in and out with an online system, including lunch
Some room for growth but not much, here's an example: you can go from file clerk to Account Manager (with two more steps in between)
I don't pay attention to some of the titles they use here - sometimes it makes no sense
In terms of getting an annual raise, they obviously don't give you one for cost of living/inflation. Always ask for one and prove why you should get it - otherwise you will be making the same amount you did in 2012 as you will be in 2020, and that dollar you made in 2012 would be worth .50 in 2020

The location is very convenient for running errands, walkable distance to many restaurants, Vons, banks - chase, wells fargo, BofA, police station across the street, library, museum, farmers market on Thursdays, two parks nearby, you can park in the parking structure and your car will not get hot when you leave from work

    ConsCompany culture is questionable:
Be careful in who you decide to talk to
Hanging out in the break room can be weird awkward and silent
I did not find it to be a friendly environment you can even call it clickish
If you can't work with a good group of people what do you do?

Small Company, Low Pay, long hours, CEO/President hires relatives and shows favoritism.

Customer Relations Representative (Former Employee) Anaheim, CA

ProsLocation is close to major freeways and disnelyand.

ConsDead end job. No room for growth or advancement.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis company is unorganized. You need to get management on the same page and your employees or this company is going nowhere FAST.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
