    Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set. They are very flexible and willing to work with a variety of different situations.

    Cons

Due to the recent financial situation of the company, raises have been few and far between. Rather then getting rewarded, or even thanked, for any extra effort in these trying times, generally you will just get more work.

    Advice to Management

While that lack of raises and promotions in these financially stressful times is somewhat understandable, there comes a point when you need to give you employees something and quit taking away. There are a lot of employees that have stuck with this company throughout these tough times, but if the company does not do something about retaining these employees they will give up on the company too.

  2. Great people, highly dedicated and loyal... but not rewarded enough.

    Pros

Before the Ownership Change, I found the department I worked in very respectful of Work-Life Balance. And also very flexible when it came to working on-site, working virtual, etc. Those are both big Plus's in my book. I also took advantage of the on-site gym. Its truly very very small but at least it gave me the opportunity to take a 45 min treadmill break every day! And finally, the Riverscape location is beautiful!!

    Cons

    Lack of Creative Leadership!
    Lack of infrastructure!
    Lack of Communication!
    Lack of Process and Planning!
    Lack of Clear Direction!
And the company overall has a lack of truly respecting and valuing their employees!!

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees the way you want to be treated. And watch your back because the New Owners are going to cut many more people before they are done!

    Pros

Learned how to broker after coming from a large print corporation. Broke into new markets based on Wkflone purchasing promotional Companies.

    Cons

Poor commissions due to company debt. Lack of strong production support when one sales large complicated projects

    Advice to Management

Throw some of the "cash" down to the reps in the foxholes.

Great Location Downtown (across from Riverscape!)
    Free Parking Garage
    Small Gym On-site
Generally Nice People to work with
    Pretty Good Benefit Package
So far have been pretty flexible with work schedule...

    Cons

Lack of Organization, Structure, Process, Planning, Forward-Thinking, etc.
NO Females in Leadership.....NONE! Company Executives (VP and up) are all Men...and Men who all know each other/have worked together before A little too "inbreed"!

    Advice to Management

Hire Leaders who have Education and Experience in the roles you place them AND who know how to Lead, Plan, Organize, Prioritize, and Appreciate good employees!

    Pros

Overall this is a good company to work for.

    Cons

Needs to evaulate employees based on their job performance and when an employee surpasses what is expected then they need to compensate.

Needs to give employees their job structure and salary grades with salary ranges.

    Needs more advancement opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more with employees. Their is information that is never found out unless you go searching for it.

    Pros

Flexible work hours. ability to grow but no training for any new products or service. Plus pricing is out of wack. not competitive at all.. Ok pay plan. however, in the last 3 years, they have changed the comp. plane 3 times. Room for growth but management is not looking for the future. This company is living in the past. Open territory to call on whoever you want to call on..

    Cons

Always changing comp. plans, no training, lose of focus from upper management, local management has no clue. Better make you number in a dying indusrty of you will be let go. Lack of support to be able to go sell. Local managemnt needs to be a manager of his or her sales people instead of kissing the upper managements butts.

    Advice to Management

move into the future, your tranition business is dead

    Pros

Employees are treated to a family type atmosphere. There are several knowledgeable people within the company willing to help. If things smooth out the company has the potential to see huge gains.

    Cons

Communication between even top management and direct managers is slow or completely lacking, leading to lack of communication to front line employees. Company path is on unstable ground as shown by it being changed 4 times in the last 3 years.

    Advice to Management

Please look at this and other reviews that offered advice as most have suggested working on communication.

    Pros

At the local level we had a good operation and solid management. Was treated well and had a good team

    Cons

The leadership team and upper management was the typical old boys club. Over 5 years we had close to 5 CEO's and very weak finances. Could not keep the company moving in the same direction.

    Advice to Management

    Sell off assests and regroup
