Working Mother is not a best company

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsGreat magazine and great subject matter
    Some nice people working there
Some level of flexibility (although much of that is being limited by new parent company)

    ConsPoor leadership
    Little to no professional development
    Little support for work/life balance
People are treated like furniture not like important assets
Typical media company with too many egos and not enough support of the workers

    Advice to Senior Managementnone.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
