I have been working at Workplace Essentials full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This is an awesome place to work! You will learn a lot in a short amount of time, and there are many opportunities for growth within the company.

    Cons

There are days of heavy traffic, so the commute can be unpredictable.

I have been working at Workplace Essentials full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Outside sales business to business with opportunity to plan your own day.

    Cons

It's like working within a dysfunctional family where the mother and the child are at odds. The owner would suggest one way to sell or service and the manager would say something totally opposite. Very little commission (10-15% on new sales). You often wont have the tools you need to do your job. You will wear your car out before you make $25K a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I've witnessed a huge turnover in sales reps. Are you hiring the wrong reps or are they being mismanaged? I know the products and services are good, so it must be an H.R. issue.

I have been working at Workplace Essentials part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

This is a small company, as a in-house designer, I have a lot of opportunity to have hands on a wide variety of design projects and the coworkers are great.

    Cons

It is a long commute for me.
