    I have been working at Workplace Essentials part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    This is a small company, as a in-house designer, I have a lot of opportunity to have hands on a wide variety of design projects and the coworkers are great.

    Cons

    It is a long commute for me.

    Nice people - easy to learn products and services.

    Cons

    Not really a strong market for these services...High turn over.

    I have been working at Workplace Essentials full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Outside sales business to business with opportunity to plan your own day.

    Cons

    It's like working within a dysfunctional family where the mother and the child are at odds. The owner would suggest one way to sell or service and the manager would say something totally opposite. Very little commission (10-15% on new sales). You often wont have the tools you need to do your job. You will wear your car out before you make $25K a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I've witnessed a huge turnover in sales reps. Are you hiring the wrong reps or are they being mismanaged? I know the products and services are good, so it must be an H.R. issue.
