    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Worktank as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Dogs in office, creatives are brilliant, HR Director and Recruitment Team who cared (now gone), positive work atmosphere, great loft space.

    Cons

Growing pains, all eggs in one basket (Microsoft Client), which tumbled. The company went from little, to big, to little again. Mostly just doing live Web Events now.

    Advice to Management

Bring back HR for healthy company culture and growth.

    Pros

At the time I was there, I was allowed to do my job, and do it well, with very little oversight or second-guessing. Trusting and trustworthy people.

    Cons

The economy shrunk and so did we. Sales were not what we wanted so we had to do layoffs and it was discouraging but they did it well.

    Advice to Management

They did the best they could in the circumstances and were very supportive of the employees. Perhaps a bit more strategy and fewer reports?
