    Pros

The starting salary and room for advancement within the company are exponentially better than other companies. They offer an amazing benefits package between paid time off, sick time, vacation time, 401k, health insurance, as well as dental insurance.

    Cons

Hours, which are clearly released when you take the job, you are let to know there is a chance of late nights and Saturday work! Stress, which comes with any career choice!

    Pros

Any paycheck is better than none.

    Cons

I would consider everything besides the existence of a paycheck to be a con. I wouldn't wish this job on my worst enemy.

    Advice to Management

If you continue paying extremely low wages, don't expect to attract or keep quality employees.

    Pros

Full time with good health insurance.

    Cons

I was treated inhumanly and ultimately bullied to quit because i would not beg or harass customers into refinancing loans. Management of this particular branch/district succeeds by attempting to public humiliate and ridicule. The job most likely was not for me as i do not feel comfortable pressuring people into doing something they feel they do not need to do and I was not informed in any manner that it was a sales position.

    Advice to Management

Please be aware of supervisors assuming they can mistreat individuals as long his/her(supervisor's) "numbers" are significant.
