Details
Pros
Great company, treats employees right. Year end bonuses, great training, and people. Excellent location, very proffesional, valued as an employee. Long-term in mind.
Cons
Can be hectic, alot of people working for the NY offices can come off as cold. Long-term commitment needed to even be considered.
Advice to Senior Management
Could be warmer to employees, office can be hectic, long-time for management to make decisions, everything does not stay to schedule
