Pros
Great atmosphere, meeting lots of people from all walks of life, geeting to know the cllege students and talking with them about there future.
Cons
Competing against a company I uses to work for.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue advertising Shirts, flyers tv

Top Notch facilities, plenty of support form management
Cons
If you work at a smaller/slower location, it can make earning comission difficult.

Pros
The pros of working at a gym are typical: meeting good looking people, free fitness advice, access to gym facility, etc.
Cons
The cons of working at this gym are unrealistic sales goals, lack of available hours to work, and cold calling for sales production. Additionally, benefits are not provided unless you are senior management.
Advice to Senior Management
My advice to management would be to hire better senior management that will lead by example and have REALISTIC expectations to sales goals.
