I worked at World Trade Securities full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They provide the best payout of any prop trading company I contacted, will sponsor for additional licenses if needed.
Always up to date on rules & changes on a monthly or shorter basis.

    Cons

Series 56 book material was weak at the time, but their education videos more than made up for it.
Your own your own if you need additional tactics for trading

I have been working at World Trade Securities

    Pros

There has been independence, there has also been a level pf freedom, but that generally comeswith trading. All in all they let you do what you want to do.

    Cons

The risk management dept isnanlittle slow and off when it comes to the max loss. They generally ignore it and let the loss ride. That was learned early on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The compliance dept should be a more proactive in the setting up of accunts. Not much responsibilty is held that dept, it was a very slow process setting up my account
