    Pros

There are some great people who work here. The salaries aren't bad in comparison to some in the area. The core idea behind the company's services is a good one with a lot of potential.

    Cons

Hands down the worst management I have ever seen. It is a company that depends entirely on the software it produces, and yet has absolutely no development expertise within management. A roomful of health care executives running a software development company is a recipe for disaster, and this place is a case in point.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a new line of work.

Same Old Company under a New Paint Job

    Pros

Great ideas, a really strong concept that could help revolutionize the health care industry. A small company feel (because so many people are leaving)

    Cons

No implementation, there are no plans or leadership in place to actually implement the ideas that they have. Poor leadership that isn't on the same page, and a lack of direction. The longer they take to actually implement their ideas, the sooner someone else is going to corner the market leaving them holding the bag.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house, get rid of both the old and the new. WorldDoc is the same old company it has been for the past 12 years, great ideas but no way to implement them. Customers and investors are getting tired of hearing the same old song and dance. Try to actually implement an idea, and carry it through.

    Pros

Las Vegas is a great place to live
Salaries are reasonable for the area
small company (if you like small companies)

    Cons

business model may have had potential 5 years ago but they missed the opportunity to capitalize.
    no coherent plan
    no ethics

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

reevaluate your overall business model and come up with a viable plan
begin to communicate transparently and clearly and then follow through
