    ConsPoor management that brings you in under the disguise of being a "Christian Organization" Limited opportunity for growth under dinosaur management. Does not value education and treats employees very poorly. Management has a "group think" mentality and does not value employees that think outside of the box. If you enjoy stimulating your mind, don't work here.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGet new management that regularly attends training, especially ethics training.

    Working with the wonderful donors that support World Vision on a daily basis has made working there worthwhile.

    ProsOpportunity to serve the poor, to make a difference in the world & to work with like-minded faith based co-workers.

    ConsPoorly run call center, more focus on statistics than on the cause. Dysfunctional management, disregard for individual employees. Very Rigid.

    Advice to Senior ManagementReview call center practices, consider replacing existing DCS management, invest in or improve employee satisfaction for DCS agents. Be fair!
