WorldVision Reviews in Federal Way, WA
Pros – Very Slow Paced and used very old business processes and methods to achieve what technology is already doing
Cons – In Federal Way WA about 20 minutes fro Seattle WA airport
Advice to Senior Management – Be honest about why you hire people
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Weekly Chapel Service every Wednesday
Cons – Poor management that brings you in under the disguise of being a "Christian Organization" Limited opportunity for growth under dinosaur management. Does not value education and treats employees very poorly. Management has a "group think" mentality and does not value employees that think outside of the box. If you enjoy stimulating your mind, don't work here.
Advice to Senior Management – Get new management that regularly attends training, especially ethics training.

“Working with the wonderful donors that support World Vision on a daily basis has made working there worthwhile.”
Pros – Opportunity to serve the poor, to make a difference in the world & to work with like-minded faith based co-workers.
Cons – Poorly run call center, more focus on statistics than on the cause. Dysfunctional management, disregard for individual employees. Very Rigid.
Advice to Senior Management – Review call center practices, consider replacing existing DCS management, invest in or improve employee satisfaction for DCS agents. Be fair!
