    Pros

I worked at WBR for 4 years. It was one of the most rewarding positions I've ever held.
    - Company culture - The company hires smart people, invests in training and is constantly trying to innovate.
Low turnover - In the four years I was there, only 1 person quit. No one leaves because it is a great place to work.
    - High earnings potential
    - Interesting products - Learn about many different industries and be connected to very senior level people
Good management - Management empowers employees to do their jobs and try new things. There is an open door policy so all levels have access to managers.

    Cons

    - Career mobility - because of the low turnover, promotions can be slow. However, people do get promoted (new job roles are created to keep good employees advancing).

    - Business Model - The conference and media industries are challenging. Companies are spending less on travel and training and the media landscape is very competitive.

    - Deadlines - The nature of the business is fast paced and managing deadlines can be stressful. I sometimes worked what I thought were long hours at the time 8:30-7.

  2.

Do NOT do business with this company.

    Pros

They do a great job "preparing" for the event you're sponsoring.

    Cons

They are only working with you to take your money. Follow-up after an event is underwhelming, because they company has already received your funds, so why should they care about assisting you after an event?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Businesses do business with your company to generate revenue. If you don't help with follow-up, you're failing your clients. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic and fun company to work for. People are intelligent and unlike other conference companies, management doesn't micro manage

    Cons

As with the nature of the industry, hard for serious long term growth potential...

    Pros

Learn a lot about the conference industry and putting together full-scale events. Great, mostly intelligent colleagues, solid training and team building. Generally positive work environment.

    Cons

Not much work-life balance, can be like high school at times with the cliques, must brown nose to move up (but then again that's everywhere you go unless management actually pulls off their blinders), could get political and thus "unprofessional" at times.

Former Employee - Sales in Singapore (Singapore)

    Pros

The coffee sold at Yakun is the best.
The food at Dudu Cafe is good & Cheap

    Cons

Over-Achievers are not given due recognition.
Under-performers are valued more then over-achievers.
The management have no common sense as they are the blind leading the blind.
The management does not act like they belong in senior level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do take a good and long look at how you are managing & promoting your current pool of "over-achievers"
Please hire pple who can make decisions fast.
