Details
Pros
Company has a good industry reputation. Many very knowledgeable people work there.
Cons
They don't seem to recognize who their valuable employees are. Management tends to solve problems with "B-school" type rhetoric instead of using real-world, practical solutions. They also hire a lot of family members and family friends, and it's bad for employee morale.
Advice to Senior Management
Value your employees more. Ask them what they think, and really listen to them.
