I have been working at Worldwide Flight Services full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is not bad, easy and fun tasks, very informative environment. I love planes and I got to work in and around planes all the time. It was very fun, I met great people from all over the world. I had unforgettable experiences.

    Cons

Very unprofessional management and staff, dirty office, unorganized work tasks, and very inconsiderate to many sensitive cases.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I advice the top management to replace the whole lower management division, they are very inefficient.

    Pros

Entry pay, you get your full time hours, managers are there to help and supervisors listen, they can be flexible with schedule, overtime if needed

    Cons

Its a dead end job, if its cold outside your cold inside, there is no room for advancement and raises are nothing just 25 cents, The winter can be brutal! If your a security shoot your self in the head or freeze to death, they want you in one spot while everyone is at a break room

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about the workers while your in a cozy little office.

I worked at Worldwide Flight Services

    Pros

Employees are great to work with! They just don't have good leadership

    Cons

Management suck! Management need to learn how to speak to employees and communicate better with employees. If not JFK will be closed soon!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remove the current management group and train the new management group to respect the employees.

    Pros

Good for a entry level job. Great coworkers you make a lot of good friends. Learn a lot of knowledge about the industry.

    Cons

Management could be better. No raises. Most employees are overworked and underpaid. Long days huge workload. Too much micro managing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your employees an annual raise and most of the good workers would actually stick around.

I worked at Worldwide Flight Services full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

potential growth company in the air cargo sector.

    Cons

working conditions at the cargo facility were in such poor condition the fire marshall was going to shut the entire building down due to electrical and safety concerns.
relocation rates which were current in the 1970's, not 2013/14. you must pay all expenses out of pocket, and then wait 60 plus days to be re-embursed. transportation, meals, housing, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

if you are going to attract future talent to manage this station, keep your word, and disclose how the station wasn't taken care of for years prior, and how poorly the staff was treated by upper management, with little concern for the employees deplorable working conditions.
