Pros

Committed people and the way the values and vision of the company are quite embedded in behaviours and attitudes.
The opportunity to play your strengths so you can mold your role into what benefits the company (and you!) the most. The fact that WP has been a very fast growing company has facilitated this along with the culture of empowerment.
The overall feeling that this company is moving in the right direction with its enthusiasm for emerging and sustainable technologies. Visionary leadership at the very top echelons.

Cons

Office environment can be a bit sterile.

Advice to Senior Management

A bit more audacity/boldness needed in addressing the connectedness between its increasingly disparate workforce. We've grown so fast that our communication amongst ourselves is not as strong as it could be yet the knowledge and experience in this place is second to none. Do more to attract Gen Ys who are the future of our company.
