Pros
good benefits, people, room to grow, good locations, its pretty hard to make this a twenty word mininum so yeah
Cons
tough hours, stress, not having to worry about things you should definitely worry about again and again before and after
Advice to Senior Management
my advice to managment would be to shoot for the stars, live the life like you want to live and do it to it
Pros
Excellent career development opportunities. Culture of promoting entrepreneurship. Promotes cross-discipline and cross-regional mobility. Excellent attitude towards work-life balance. Broad on-the-job experiences available.
Cons
Individuals that aren't proactive about their own development needs can be left feeling disenfranchised.
Pros
1. Very Good benefits
2. Technically Rewarding
3. Provide opportunities for growth
Cons
1. Not exactly the best company to offer above average salary
2. Transparency on promotions
Pros
Global, big Company and recognizable when you put it on your resume
Benefits are ok and within what other employers offer within the industry
Cons
Salary is low compared to the same job in the industry
No job security
They put people who are not qualified for the position but has connections with Senior Management
Too much Politics; causes Poor Work Quality
Many get in the Company even if there degree is not related to the requirements and no work experience
Advice to Senior Management
Do something to tone down the Politics a bit. Hire people who are qualified and promote equality.
Pros
Good international experience available, but they tend to recruit from low cost centres which do not add value to projects and actually cost clients due to their lack of experience.
Cons
senior management which does not come from a process background are making catestrophic project decisions which are ruining projects.
Advice to Senior Management
try to retain your existing long term staff, especially those with 10Yrs+. Avoid recruiting kbr/bechtel PMs and proj engrs as they have a history of incompetence. Better project visablity needs to be maintained. Avoid giving project engineering jobs to non-engineering graduates, just because they are related to upper management. Non process engineers MUST not be allowed to make process decisions due to safety concerns.
Pros
Very professional staff. Supportive of employees. Good atmosphere.
Cons
Not enough hands on work as they're consultants.
Advice to Senior Management
Very friendly and co-ordinated staff.
Pros
good company but no room to advance
Cons
bad atmosphere to work with
Advice to Senior Management
need to be included more in evaluation
Pros
Persons who are aspiring for responsibilities can get chance to shoulder responsibility.
Work culture is multi culture and everyone gets good respect as an employee.
Cons
Once you reach at certain level, there is limitation for further development. Training and development also has limited importance specifically when it is project specific contract.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should try to retain good employees. Management should give good training anf chance to develop individual employee. Management should know the potential of each individual and try to take advantage of one's strong point.
Pros
freedom and empowerment to influence the outcome
Cons
expectation of success by the organisation
Advice to Senior Management
dont back down
Pros

Cons
large corp, hard to advance
