Carreer progression and the office culture.
Poor payers and tend to keep certain people in the same role for years where others move on a lot quicker, very much about who shouts the loudest, so some one who is not very confident and self- assured would probably not succeed at this company.
The management do tend to have a "yes mentallity" which means that neither side, if there is a dispute, is actually getting anywhere although they will think that they are, most disputes are settled by internal transfer.
Advice to Management
Stop using so many different mottos to blind people i.e. high performance culture, grace under pressure etc and just keep things simple. Wragges like to say that as a business it encourages individuality but with these mottos it is just another corporate firm using the same priniciples but with different wording.
Look after the staff and retain the staff that start from the bottom and work there way up as it is very known that if you start at Wragges and stay you end up worse off financially than if move to another law firm who are willing to pay thousands more a year for the same job.
Training and company communication are Wragges best assets.
