    Pros

I worked with some of the best people in the field who really have a passion for teaching and helping others to achieve their goals.

    Cons

I would be hard pressed to think of anything bad about this organization. I truly had a wonderful experience with the staff and all the students.

    Advice to Management

I would spend more time and effort on getting the word out about this wonderful organization and let more people know exactly what you have to offer.

    Pros

Dedicated Faculty; very needy students; strong sense of accomplishment

    Cons

Administration and Owners in KC are only in it for the money they can cheat poor students out of. Their goal is to keep the poor minority -undereducated students coming back to sign up for more and more debt without any regard to the fact that these people are still reading on a fifth grade level. They insist on dummy-ing down the course work and passing students who should be failed so they will sign up for more loans.

    Advice to Management

Learn to have a heart and give students the education they really need. Back up your words when you said you want them to be gainfully employed- not working at McDonalds to pay massive debt the rest of their lives. Stop trying to get faculty to turn on each other and compete for what little there is.

    Pros

Students want to learn not have their money stolen from them. They are tricked to go through the entire program and then set up for failure in the end.

    Cons

Upper management including department leads are cold hearted and greedy.

    Advice to Management

Get some morals and stop being back stabbing.

    Pros

It's important and rewarding to help make a difference in the student's lives. The management and staff members are a great team and do care about the outcome of the student's success levels.

    Cons

It is difficult to work the hours and shifts as an Adjunct Instructor. The company loses many great employees with nonrecognition of the skills these employees have or what benefits to the company the employees could offer should promotions be given. Many employees are promoted but do not qualify for the position when other employees are qualified but are not as close friends with hiring managers as the employees who are hired in the positions.

    Advice to Management

Promote employees who are qualified for the position rather than someone who has background in friendship from working years together with on the job.

    Pros

There are a few truly great people that work their still, but seriously doubt they will be there much longer!

    Cons

I worked in Admissions, when I first started I loved it cause I truly thought I was helping people better themselves, but it ended up where all management cared about was numbers! They would make us enroll someone in a $18,000 dollar course when they could barely read. The owner doesn't care about the students and that they succeed he only cares about money. Extreme lack of communication between departments. High faculty turnover , cause they wont pay them what the deserve!

    Advice to Management

Learn some Moral Values and totally recreate your way of thinking!

  10. Horrible

I worked at Wright Career College

    Pros

The only pro is the difference a caring employee can make to the small amount of students that are there to better themselves.

    Cons

Fraud and biggest bunch of backstabbing children to work for and with.
Enroll anyone that walks in the door unless they have a felony. It's all about the money. Even enrolled people that couldn't read. Some management threw things and screamed at her employees if they didn't make their numbers and then gets promoted. Favoritism. Pay - making over $3.00 more starting new professional job with more than a few cents raise each year. The list goes on and on.
