Details
Pros
Room for growth, loyalty, good benefits and compensation. Good work life environemnt. Various opportunities for advancement. Good training provided. Good products to work with.
Cons
Too many layers for communication. Top down management approach makes it difficult to get decisions through quickly. Sometimes behind the curve in taking the lead.
Advice to Senior Management
Stay true to your company. Your goal is to increase shareholder value but don't do it at the expense of employees.
