    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere, seems like a great company to work for and a great place for starting a career. Profit sharing.

    Cons

    Some of my benefits have already been reduced due to lower profits.

    I have been working at Wyle full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    The unique thing about Wyle is that the Management Team listens to staff's concerns and recommendations. There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement and challenging assignments. Definitely a good company to work for.

    I've been with the company for more than 5 years and do not have any negative thoughts about the firm at the moment.

    Keep doing what you are doing to maintain the edge over our competitors.

    I have been working at Wyle

    Pros

    Willing to assign new roles and responsibilities to people who ask for them.
    Good team comraderie.
    Good salaries.
    Employee recognition program is proactive.
    Plenty of work to go around.

    Cons

    Very quick to give warnings and pink slips.
    Frequently feel kept in the dark or lied to.
    Employees who are out of favor are subject to petty management tactics until they break.
    Competent staff are badly overworked.
    Process changes are frequently arbitrary and forgotten.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't make changes unless they provide real value to the work environment.
    Keep your staff aware of changes and opportunities.
    Trust your employees.
