    Pros

I worked under John Waller North Myrtle Beach, SC and he was a great boss & leader. If you have the opportunity to have him on your table....he is a CLOSER D.O.N.E. !!!!

    Cons

The tours are not better qualified, they should have to SHOW income to get in the building

    Advice to Management

only schedule one tour on days when kids are off school, employees have families also

    Pros

This is a great company to work for.

    Cons

None really that I can think of. I have moved up in position and have only been here 2 months.

    Pros

    -Good salary and insurance.
-Awesome benefits including tuition reimbursement, discounts, etc.
-Large company allows for good growth in many areas.
-While the company is extremely large, each property has a "family" feel.

    Cons

-WVO is limited in certain positions, so administrative/executive positions (promotions) may require relocation to corporate locations or larger properties.
-Certain job titles are given salary ranges across geographical areas, so they may be less competitive in different markets.

    Advice to Management

Please give more diversity to smaller properties, including a better defined chain of command.

    Pros

Pays very well, excellent benefits, advancement is unlimited if you work hard and want to move up. Salaried employees work a true 40 hour week if they want. I could never do that because I come from a generation that looks at a 40 hour week as an option but do not begrudge those that make that work. We survived the economic crisis and senior management did an excellent job adapting to the new economy.

    Cons

Takes forever to fire bad employees, entitled employees can be a real pain to deal with, bad managers in position because they "play the game" or a minority and the company is scared of firing minorities. Probably typical of most of corporate America though. IT department is a headache. I literally want to punch them at times but of course will not so do not worry :) .

    Advice to Management

Stop being afraid of dumping bad employees! Ungrateful employees? Dump them! You treat us very well and they do not appreciate it! The ones that do not move up do not do so because THEY SUCK! Stop enabling whiners. I have never worked for a company with so much opportunity. People should be knocking down the door to apply here. The ones that do not want to take the feedback and move up and then whine because they do not get the position that they covet need to be kicked out the door.
I would recommend getting rid of fees for converting points to RCI and most reservation fees. We alienate a lot of property owners with these fees and suspect that millennials will not put up with business as usual. We need to adapt to that market.

    Pros

If you can sell, this company will throw money at you from 8 different directions. Awesome bosses, very supportive, all started in telesales. Do your job and make lots of money with plenty of support, no micro-management. $50-70K VERY realistic first year for 30-35 hours a week, more for pros. LOTS OF PERKS! Incredible work/family balance, great benefits and PTO/vacation.

    Cons

    None from my view point.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work

    Pros

The days are fairly short. You are usually home in the early afternoon. The pay is excellent if you are good at your job.

    Cons

It is not for everyone. You really need to be a people person and you have to be fearless. Not everyone will make it.
