Parsippany, NJ

Former Employee – worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time for more than a year

ProsSome flexibility to work remotely, but not on a regular basis.

ConsNot much interaction between groups, employees are not very friendly and are very clique-y. I was very unhappy with my immediate manager, who would address specific issues in the open and loudly which should have been addressed behind closed doors and was very demeaning to several employees - and nothing was ever done to address this behavior.
