What a great place to work!

    Customer Care Representative (Current Employee)

ProsWonderful supervisors who genuinely care about you and your life. I feel there is a very open line of communication in my office between employees and their supervisors. Maybe I was blessed with a good supervisor, but I genuinely enjoy working for him.

ConsIt's a stressful job. You get screamed at a lot, and it isn't for everyone. The pay is not amazing but it's fair for the level of work.

    Too much emphasis on sales

Sales Administrative Coordinator (Current Employee) Redmond, WA

ConsIf you do anything in the administrative or operations side, you'll need a second job to pay your bills.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you want to keep good people, please recognize that sales does not happen without the help of support employees, and behave accordingly.
