Details
Pros
Big company with decent benefits. Everything changes every six months which is ok if you like starting new all the time.
Cons
Has too many working parts too keep track of. Nobody actually knows what many of the Brands are supposed to be.
Advice to Senior Management
Make a plan and stick with it. Define each brand and which tier it belongs to and don't compromise so often.
