    I worked at Wyndham Worldwide

    Pros

Meeting guest and having life long friendships with some former co-workers.

    Cons

Leadership is not there. They need to hire more employees that will come in and do their job and not just collect a paycheck.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the employees that are hired before their 90 day's are up when they show up for work and do not do their job.

    Pros

Good training and vacation perks for working at this company. Training almost every single day, so you know what you are doing.

    Cons

Hard sale, the clients are not qualified or interested in what your selling, they want the free perks. Too many questions that are really to shady to answer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better value in your product.

I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The team of employees has a good relastionship and longevity. The long hours worked are flexible at the General Manager level. Pay is sufficient for a full time year around job in a resort location. The benefit package is excellent. Opportunity for growth is good.

    Cons

The corporate management does not have a firm grasp on what the people in the field do on a day to day basis. Corporate red tape holds up progress in many areas such as merit increases and hiring.

    I worked at Wyndham Worldwide

    Pros

Very high quality hospitality company. Great energy and people to work with, trustworthy, hardworking, pleasant. Overall excellent experience, inner business/coworker treatment, and they allowed people to be themselves within the bounds of appropriate business dealings and demeanor. Wonderful manager too, she was patient, kind, humble, didn't try to change or demean your person. A lot of respect for her!

    Cons

Pay was less for housekeepers than I would like, especially considering the hard work we have to do every day, plus living in an expensive resort town.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't put up with teenagers who never smile, always gossip, treat their older coworkers with disrespect, and don't know how to clean.
