    Pros

    No Pros for this company

    Cons

They expect you to not have a personal life. They switch schedules around without letting you know and no appreciation from the management.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to communicate with your staff and don't ask employees if personal life is more important than the work life. I was shocked when asked

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    You learn what luxury is

    Cons

Wynn has the .001% club. If you are a Vice President you get a good salary and a huge bonus, everyone else has a salary cap with no chance for an increase and a bonus that is a minuscule 1 weeks salary, while the .001% are raking in the millions. The 401k is such a joke, Bloomberg listed it as one of the top 10 worst in the country. Employees are of no value at Wynn, the chairman sees himself as the sole reason the company makes money. His staunchly adversarial approach is evident in every aspect of this company.

    Advice to Management

It's takes an army to keep the resort moving, admit it and treat us better
