Pros
Until 2008, BCGI offered employees a fun and challenging environment, with a great group of talented employees. Management provided clear vision for the goals, priority, and direction of the company. Employee contributions were valued and rewarded.
Cons
Unfortunately XIUS did not have the same values, and laid off the majority of the BCGI workforce in the takeover.
Advice to Senior Management
Consider and reward values of employee experience and efforts.

work life balance is good.

proper hierarchy is not there technically.

First you need to have strong technical team for the success of the company

You will get a chance to work on different modules independently

Management is not good, no proper communication from the management, no transparency

Improve the policies followed by Xius and make it a better place to work
Pros
Great people to work with once upon a time. The place had a relaxed feel with great teamwork between departments.
Cons
Many jobs have gone to India so there isn't too many people left in the Bedford offices. The old management and glory days have passed. Low morale.

Attempt to be more open with the remaining employees. You should reward the hard work of the people you have left.
