Pros

Very good job position to be a field engineer at XL GAPS. They are supportive and have good systems to help you do your job.

Cons

Sometimes the work is scattered over a large area and this demands a lot of travel and lengthy stays away from home.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to support the engineers that are so crucial to the the unit and that provide meaningful customer service to clients.

Pros

A well established and interactive team environment. Conducive to growth and personal development. I would recommend that anyone who seeks edification work here.

Cons

Lack of interoffice communication could prove difficult at times. People aren't always as convivial as I would have hoped for.

Advice to Senior Management

Perhaps more team/group building activities. Trust-falls and the like. Perhaps a company retreat where we can all learn a bit more about each other and increase our understanding.
