Current Employee – been working at XL Health full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – My co-workers are all awesome and hardworking professionals. The company will feed you often and offer plenty of over-time. The pay is good and there is job security.
Cons – If you come into certain departments you will be stuck forever. Your managers will sabatoge your attempts to post out into other departments. Benefits suck, there is opportunities to advance but there is no rhyme or reason and many good, long-time employees are looked over for newer naive employees who are not aware of the negative history of the management team.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employees and offer fair opportunities for advancement.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Growing company. You'll have the opportunity to wear a number of hats with upward mobility if you are willing to put in a lot of extra time.
Cons – Corporate culture is lukewarm regarding telecommuting and resources in departments could be better. No Merit pay increases.
Advice to Senior Management – Telecommuting is not a four-letter word. Your employees are your assests, don't treat them like hourly workers. The lack of merit pay increases hastens the departure of employees with institutional knowledge.
